Job Description

Responsible for work study/planning and production management of the unit.
Prepare manpower planning and allocation on capacity assessment and analysis.
Prepare operation bulleting and layout with man, machine and product mix.
Finalized manpower budget & production target in order to in time shipment.
Train workers with easy and standard methods to develop skilled workforce.
Prepared required report and update management in regular basis.

Eligibility Criteria

B.Sc in industrial production engineering.
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Production.
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments (Woven/Apparel/Knitting).
Age 28 to 39 year(s).
Only males are allowed to apply.
Should have experience with following area’s (work study / planning and production management).
Experienced in woven (bottom) are highly preferable.
Knowledge in lean management will be considered as added value.
Self motivated, analytical and result oriented.
Able to work well under pressure.
Be honest and trustworthy.
Strong interpersonal, motivational, communication and organizational skills.
Attention to detail & accuracy.
Good knowledge in computer operation & experience in MS excel.
