Job Description
Responsible to ensure quality and shipment with zero defects as per buyer’s direction.The technical & Critical knowledge on garments manufacturing as well as sampling, inline and final Inspection, day-to-day production follow up.Have to accountable and maintain QC`s productivity at optimum level at all time by close communication.Setting QA/ QC team and ensuring that targets are achieved.Ensuring tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated and that product modifications are investigated if necessary.Ensuring compliance with national and international standards and legislation.Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training.Maintain the factory quality goal to improve the productivity.
