Job Description

Responsible for all inspection activities at various stages of production from greige yarn to finished fabric.
Bring a focus to troublesome qualities and process points.
Carry out root cause analyses to minimize such incidences.
Work towards minimizing defect rate, rejections, reprocessing through active and established inspections systems.
Responsible for managing all activities of the dyeing lab and washing.
Responsible for meeting targets of RFT%, Inspections costs and defects rate.
Responsible for maintenance of visual displays related to quality and 6S implementation.

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor Technology/ Diploma in Textile Chemistry/ Textile Technology.
Applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments (Woven/Apparel/Knitting).
Age 26 to 40 year(s).
Strong technical knowledge of yarns and processes of dyeing, weaving and finishing.
Strong knowledge of process control points and defects classification at each stage of production.
Watchful with a keen eye and strong in troubleshooting related to quality.
Strong process orientation and ability to work systematically.
Preference will be given to the candidate who is skilled in MS Excel Worksheet Programming.
Good communication skills in English & Bengali.
Computer literacy is a must.
Attention to detail & accuracy.
Good team player.
