Job Description

Understand & implement all required & standard Compliance requirements and keep the business unit(s) as fully compliant for all time.
Give necessary training to the respective employees & officers.
Make/ collect all required policies, procedures, certificates, agreements, test reports, internal & external audit reports, training records as per distinguish compliance audit requirements (like – Social/ Ethical Compliance Audit, Technical/ FCCA/ Quality Control audit, C-TPAT/ GSV/ SCS Audit, EMS audit etc) and attend 1st/ 3rd party audits to make & ensure the business unit(s) as compliant.
Keep proper & appropriate communication with Buyers & Buyers’ representative to the aspect of compliance issues.

Eligibility Criteria

Post Graduate in Commerce discipline from any reputed university.
Diploma in Social Compliance/ LLB/ PGDPM/ PGDHRM will get preference.
The applicants should have experience in Factory HR Administration.
The applicants should have experience in Manufacturing (FMCG).
Age 30 to 40 year(s)
The incumbent should be dynamic and have good communication skills in Bangla & English both oral & written.
Should have good skill on report writing and presentation.
Computer literacy is must, especially in office package.
Should have positive and flexible attitude.
