Job Description

You will be responsible to drive the in-plant engineering & maintenance function by preventive & predictive maintenance in order to achieve smooth operation of machineries, air conditioning & compressed air system and electrical and building maintenance. You will supervise the factory engineering team and focus on delivering the expected best standards. You will drive and make recommendations to the management on cost reduction & efficiency improvement initiatives and plant improvement projects whilst ensuring maximized internal asset utilization. You shall always comply with the company health & safety and environmental policies & procedures.

Eligibility Criteria

You should be an Engineering Graduate / Higher Diploma holder from a recognized University with good analytical & judgmental skills and ability to work under pressure. You should be a good team player as well as a structured person to deliver results as per the expected time lines. You need to have key competencies like planning, execution and negotiation skills along with the ownership and commitment to deliver results. Skills on Auto CAD & MS Project will be an added advantage.
