Having 12-15 years of experience in production planning & controlling, production and factory administration of a large knit based garments factory.
Monitoring & followup the Production.
Communicate with concern PPC & Merchandiser.

Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
12 to 15 year(s).
The applicants should have experience in Production, Planning, Labor Counseling, Inspection, Health, Safety & Fire, Floor/Line Management, Production Management (Cutting), Production Management (Finishing), Production Management (Sewing), Quality Control/Audit.
The applicants should have experience in Buying House (Garments), Garments (Woven/Apparel/Knitting), Group of Companies, Multinational Companies, Textile (Spinning, Weaving, Knitting, Dyeing/Finishing).
The candidate must be young, dynamic, enthusiastic & Proactive.
Willingness to work under pressure.
Can cope up with any kind of situation.
Should be skilled & technically sound in knit garments field.
Having knowledge of labor laws, buyer�s compliance, cost control and managing a large workforce, establishing a strong leadership.
Possess high degree of correspondence & analytical ability.
Good intellect and analytical skills.
Must have good presence and leadership
