Job Description

Able to work independently and proactively to highlight issues in advance.
Planning, checking, follow-up, monitoring and reporting activities of Quality Assurance.
To have seasonal meetings to proactively highlight and ensure preventive actions post review of styles.
To ensure fabric/trim inspections, set up lines, process controls, size set and first bulk review and in line inspections, pre-final and final inspection.
Develop the quality standard and rules and regulations for achieving the quality of the garments.
Responsible for overall quality assurance/Quality Control.
Setting Q. A. team in finishing and ensuring that targets are achieved , and any other task assigned by the higher authority.
Able to communicate & coordinate with highly professional senior management team members of foreign nationality.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate/ Post Graduate/ Textile Graduate will get preference.
Age 35 to 45 year(s).
Only males are allowed to apply.
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Quality control/Audit, Production, ISO,WRAP.
The candidate should have Experience in minimum 8 to 10 years work experience in Quality assurance for Knit garments class client in large garments companies.
Must have experience to work with major buyers.
Should be well organized to face complicated quality standards of reputed buyers
Able to communicate & coordinate with highly professional senior management team members of foreign nationality.
Must be very organized and fluent in English.
Self motivated and self organized with a positive attitude.
The incumbent should be dynamic and have good personality
Computer knowledge in E-mail, Internet, Word and Excel is a must with the need to produce reports for management and clients.
