Implement the core HR practices under company policy to ensure professional HR services.Prepare manning budget according to the organization demand and ensure recruitment process as per company rules.Maintain effective HRIS (Human Resource Information System) to keep confidential employee & Mgt. information.Monitor company payroll to ensure salary, wages and attendance system properly through KORMEE SoftwareFollow up daily HR activities as organization demand as per the company policy with strong supervision.Ensure the implementation of standard performance appraisal system.Initiate for the training & development activities to develop skill & competency to subordinates and other employees of the organization.Ensure the execution of talent Mgt and Employee relation activities to build up real healthy work environment at workplace.Handle compliance issues as per local law & buyer’s COC and meet up the requirements of Buyers, auditors to comply always.Monitor compliance certification like, CTPAT, WRAP, BSCI, ISO, SEDEX & OEKOTEX etc and handle their different audits with requirements.Maintain the proper compliance guide line & local laws to sustain as best complaint organization to local authority & customers.Handle the grievance and disciplinary issues smoothly and ensure proper discipline in the organization.Co-ordinate with management time to time related to project.Monitor administrative, Transport & overall logistics issue as per company policy.Monitor factory security, safety issues to keep the premises safe & secured.
