Job Description

HR - recruitment/ counseling / training / workshop / seminars / leave management / personal filing / disciplinary letters/ performance evaluation and human capital development work.
To ensure daily HR routine activities in the company.
To prepare daily attendance, employee turnover and recruitment status.
To establish a recruitment policy of the company
To ensure facilities, salary, allowances and compensation to all the workers and staffs within the stipulated time.
Compliance -All kinds of Compliance related jobs.
Should be well versed in compliance issues and the lbour law.
Must be able to carry out factory audits independently.
Will be responsible for compliance issue in the company.
Must have thorough understanding and experience to maintain compliance as per legal requirements, the company policy and the buyers` Codes of Conduct.
Must be able to successfully face audit teams sent by the buyers and take necessary and timely steps to ensure that the factory is fully compliant with buyers` requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned by higher authority time to time.

Eligibility Criteria

MBA (HRM)/ Masters/ Graduate in any discipline with Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management/ Human Resources Management.
Age 30 to 40 year(s).
Only males are allowed to apply.
Without any experience in RMG sector, need not to apply.
The applicants should have experience in HR and Compliance in updated and compliance factory.
Candidates must possess & exhibit strong leadership abilities.
Candidate must have strong knowledge/understanding of local labor laws.
Must be highly energetic, enthusiastic, hard-working, motivated and able to perform under pressure in order to accept this challenging position.
A fine command in written & spoken English with computer knowledge is must.
