HR - recruitment/ counseling / training / workshop / seminars / leave management / personal filing / disciplinary letters/ performance evaluation and human capital development work.To ensure daily HR routine activities in the company.To prepare daily attendance, employee turnover and recruitment status.To establish a recruitment policy of the companyTo ensure facilities, salary, allowances and compensation to all the workers and staffs within the stipulated time.Compliance -All kinds of Compliance related jobs.Should be well versed in compliance issues and the lbour law.Must be able to carry out factory audits independently.Will be responsible for compliance issue in the company.Must have thorough understanding and experience to maintain compliance as per legal requirements, the company policy and the buyers` Codes of Conduct.Must be able to successfully face audit teams sent by the buyers and take necessary and timely steps to ensure that the factory is fully compliant with buyers` requirements.Perform other duties as assigned by higher authority time to time.
