Job Description

Thorough knowledge about in line/ end line inspection QA process (Traffic light/ 7 zero and SPI) and final auditing AQL system.
Able to build and maintain team.
Excellent understanding about product safety/compliance requirement, especially for children's wears.
Handle products for brands such as Next/ Tesco/ Gap/ H & M/Sears/ Ross/ Tema will be must.
Leading an innovative QA team with continuous improvement on Quality and systems and procedures to ensure buyer quality.
Ensure highest AQL and first time right concept from cut to pack.
Coordinating with production to offer the final inspections on time with insisted quality demands to meet ship dates.
To analyze the root cause of quality problem in production process.
To resolve the quality problem in knitting, linking, trimming, mending, ironing wherever the quality problem occurs.
Daily Quality Control report to Management.

Eligibility Criteria

Must be Bachelor of Arts from reputed institution.
First time Job seekers need not apply At least six month/1 Year experience in the garment Industry.
Must have sound knowledge about technical aspects of garments and patterns.
Good understanding of Quality Management System (QMS) and able to implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in the factory.
Good interpersonal skills and Excellent command of English communication skills in both written and speaking.
