Job Description

Ensure that the finished products meet buyer’s standard.
Monitor that the manufacturing process control points are implemented on the Production floor.
Support the factory to improve their performance.
Provide technical support to merchandising team on quality improvement.
Inline Finishing.
Packing approval.
Interim and final inspection.
Understand customer requirements.
Able to set up sewing standards according to buyer’s requirement.
Able to coordinate between factories and QA team.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 8 years of experience in the same position in the garment industry.
Having an excellent knowledge in jackets and bottoms.
Excellent QA inspection skill.
Good experience on technical know how to make excellent workmanship quality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive team worker and a team leader with good negotiation skills.
Able to handle a team of 3-4 people.
Fluent in English both written and spoken.
Good Computer skill (Microsoft Office and internet).
Handle factories around Jabodetabek / Central Java.
