Job Description
Follow up every task on sample room & sample related all kinds of activities from development to bulk in sample room.Plan & schedule to meet up the sample requirements as & when need to complete & delivery to concerned.Initiate to make samples as required for development, photo, fit, PP & salesman, size set, lab test, production etc.Monitoring sample floors and workforces to get done the sample activities.Communicate with concern Merchandisers to get the sample requirements & meet sample delivery deadline.Maintain communication with in house others dept. to full fill samples requirement smoothly.Ensure correct tech pack is given to the production department.Prepare instruction for factories for cutting and lying.Re-check the technical requirements and make recommendations.Re-checked the approved samples received from buyers against the sample.Execute the plans and reach the target set by the company.Inquiry / Development / Pattern / Pattern grading/Proto / Fitting pattern.Buyer Size set pattern Adjustment, P /P Counter pattern Adjustment.
