Job Description
Must be highly energetic, hard-working, self-motivated, challenge seeker and able to perform under pressure.Target oriented and must be proactive and creative in order to formulate/ implement efficient and effective business techniques.Should have good knowledge in woven production and planning.Overall marketing and production, follow up, supervision and shipment of woven.Interacting and working closely with the technical and quality teams.Need to achieve day to day production target as per given plan.Constantly review and evaluate current policies and practices and implement changes in operating procedures when needed.Will be responsible for all activities of woven production.To review production plan with capacity and strength.Able to handle huge number of operator/staff and work independently.Should be capable to hold the overall responsibility for marketing.Ensure collection of order from buyers / buying houses directly.
