Job Description

Market research and identifying current market trends, competitiveness, opportunities for sustainability & future seasonal trends to promote new product portfolios.
Harmonization with the buyers & buying offices for development & marketing, design development and price negotiation.
Strong sourcing & development capability of irregular fabrics, trims, etc.
Able to identify factory strength and weakness and manage development of products that are executable in bulk production environments.
We are looking for a person who can manage the execution of Calendar development activities that are specific to garment development.
Able to lead a good existing team and sample room planning.
Willing to travel abroad frequently.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduation on Apparel manufacturing or Textile engineering from a reputed institute.
Age 35 to 40 year(s).
Creative, flexible, assertive, analytical, sincere and having a friendly personality.
Self motivated and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
Team player and strong leadership quality and at the same time target oriented.
Vast knowledge on yarn, fabric and garment washing area.

Interstoff Apparels Ltd is a 100% export knit vertical integrated Company. The facility situated at Chandora, Kaliakoir, Gazipur Bangladesh. The factory has stared its operation from 2000. The corporate office and factory building at present address take up an area of more than the total land area is about 131000 square feet and factory
occupied 350000 square feet for occupied production process. In the factory premises, there are three separate production building and two sheds. In 1st building is 7th storied building, 2nd building 4th stories building and 3rd building is 11th storied building. Also 1st shed is used for ETP and Utility purpose and 2nd building is used for Dining purpose. Interstoff Apparels Ltd is manufacturing all types of Knit garments like Kid’s, Men’s, Ladies, Girl’s, and Sleepwear etc.
