Supporting and updating a business unit on all employee relations matter.Advise the company on issues of employment legislation.Responsible for policy development and documentation, compensation and benefits administration, and organization development.Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes.Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks.Recruits personally the key talents for company needs.Designs and maintain organization vitality charts as the performance of the business unit improves.Designs succession plans for key talents and key job positions.
