Job Description

Ensure Floor Compliance & Floor monitoring regularly.
Documented all compliance related issues.
Conduct the awareness program on rules and regulation, compliance issues, health and safety; first aid etc.
Ensure congenial work place .
Collect the employees & grievances and solve the grievances on top most priority basis.
Ensure the hygienic atmosphere in the workplace.
Keeping official record on welfare management.
Grievance Handling procedure & counseling of workers.
Others task assigned by the Management.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in any discipline with practical experienced in a reputed Group.
Age 25 to 35 year.
Only females are allowed to apply.
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, Training & Development.
Ability to write and speak English and Bengali.
Planning and organization skill.
A good team player.
Sound communication skill.
Ability to meet deadline.
Willingness to work independently with self-direction under pressure.
