Able to work independently and proactively to highlight issues in advance.Planning, checking, follow-up, monitoring and reporting activities of Quality Assurance.To have seasonal meetings to proactively highlight and ensure preventive actions post review of styles.To ensure fabric/trim inspections, set up lines, process controls, size set and first bulk review and in line inspections, pre-final and final inspection.Develop the quality standard and rules and regulations for achieving the quality of the garments.Responsible for overall quality assurance/Quality Control.Setting Q. A. team in finishing and ensuring that targets are achieved , and any other task assigned by the higher authority.
