Job Description

Ensure the overall functions of the product development department.
Ensure all the samples dispatch on time and sample approvals as per the critical path.
Do proper communication with Merchandising Department to ensure Fabric, trim consumptions, and sample submissions on time.
Ensure efficient communication with buyers to make sure to get correct output from them to deliver right first time.
Responsible for quality and technical related issues in production.
Responsible for any consumptions variations ordered Vs actual bulk production.
Develop and train core team and motivate them for future endeavors.
Responsible for scheduling key meetings such as Pre Developments, Feasibility, Product Screening, Pilot appraisal ETC.
Maintain Departmental KPI and ensure to follow accordingly.
Maintain departmental procedures like lean concepts and visual displays.
Ensure continual improvement of self and work process.
Maintain discipline and team work within the team.
Lead the team towards company goals and objectives.
Improve self and subordinate performance continuously.
Improve work process continuously.

Minimum Bachelor degree/ Graduate/ Masters in relevant filed.
Age 30 to 42 year(s).
