Job Description

Communication with workers.
Conducting training.
Counseling the workforce.
Analysis the workers various activities.
Conduct the different awareness program on rules and regulation, compliance issues, health and safety; first aid etc.
Maintained various checklist Daily.
Day to day or periodical other activities.
Ensure Floor Compliance & Floor monitoring regularly.
Documentation all compliance related issues.
Ensure congenial work place.
Collect the employee’s grievances and solve the grievances.
Ensure the hygienic atmosphere in the workplace.
