Ensure complience implementing quality assurance standards, to achieve high quality goods.
Develop quality management system.
Collaborate with engineering department to develop best practice methods.
Reduce rejected product.
Handle customer complaint to improve customer satisfaction.
Design and implement quality assurance training program.
Coordinate site quality assurance functions, activities and metric.

Eligibility Criteria

At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Industrial Laundry.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma majoring in textile Chemistry or equivalent.
Preferably Supervisor/Coordinators specializing in quality control/Assurance or equivalent.
Having good knowledge in statistic.
Strong analytical thinking and problem solving.
Able to lead and mentor subordinate.
Good command of English.
Good Computer skill (Microsoft Office and internet).
