Monitoring In & out time / Attendance.Salary processing & Monitoring OT.Filing ESI, PF, IOF, Labour inspector, Gratuity - Returns & Monitoring & updating Employee benefits, (ESI, PF, Conveyance, Insurance etc).Renewing all legal Licenses (Factory, PCB, Genset Permits, Building Stability).Updating all Statutory records.Providing/ monitoring Canteen facility / Creche & First Aid.Impementing and monitoring social compliance in the factory.Conducting monthly commitee meetings, Mock drills / First aid / Fire fighting training.Working closely with departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.Handling greivance & Couselling the employees.Disciplinary procedures and absence management, Handling IR & Discipline issues, Issuing warning letters & Memos.Analysing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers, Planning and delivering training, including inductions for new recruits.Completing & reviewing the personal files of the employees.Manpower planning, shortlisting, interviewing & recruitment.Completing monthly HR checklist.Organizing the work within the team & with other activities and divisions.Performance management and allocation of work.All administrative works involved in HR.Receive & Implement top management policies and relevant standards in the activity.Represent the company towards external agencies in your field of activity.Assess needs in HR and equipments, and suggest ideas to solve problems and propose solutions, and review procedure.To check and authorize all the outputs.Any other assignments will be allocated on need basis.
