Should have knowledge about the garment trade in high fashion
Should be able to manage tailors and carry out complete production operations efficiently
Should be able to handle complete quality control
Should meet all deadlines efficiently
Should be able to get more tailors if required at any time
Should be able to handle any crisis at work
HARDWORKING- Should be ready to put in extra hours whenever required
HONEST and sincere.
Should be responsible for everything on the production floor.
