Job Description
Manage, train and lead a team of Quality Assurance Coordinators in their day to day responsibilities.Work collaboratively with PD team to ensure styling implementation is in keeping with corporate fit strategies, manufacturing capabilities and design aesthetic.Offer guidelines to both PD and TD teams to resolve potential fit, construction and manufacturing issuesCreate, implement and oversee vendor quality control requirements and ensure that the PD and TD teams understand the protocols.Arrange if any supplemental training as needed.Manage and oversee the implementation of all product testing requirements, standards and special claims based on corporate direction.Ensure proper documentation and record keeping of same is maintained on regular basis.Provide solutions and clarity to ensure the timely delivery of Pre Production Samples and bulk production.Work collaboratively with product managers to maintain general flow of product development stages and key dates to ensure multiple deadlines are met and provide support regarding any quality and /or fit issues resolving problems as they occur.Manage In-house audits with teams to ensure that quality standards are being met.Develop regular reports analyzing performance vis a vis delivery and quality performance.
