Order Management & Sales CoordinationResponsible for handling all sales and purchase order verification & input.Follow up with respective people regarding any clarifications in the above orders and making necessary changes.Replying to all queries received from customers/sales team related to the above orders.Handling all product, price, delivery and order related queries from sales team/customersInitiate required actions on all orders received in the company for execution of the same.Management and tracking of goods issued to any third party.Generation of all orders, stock transfers, delivery challans, Invoices, Sales & purchase returns.Generation and analysis of all kinds of reports pertaining to the Ops department to help management take required actions.
