Job Description
Able to sourcing of foreign direct buyer of EU, USA, Canada & exploring other new market for knit & woven garments & negotiation and also able to do costing & quoting prices, negotiate the prices with the buyer for the orders.Administer cost sheet for each product identify the right materials.Liaison with commercial Team about shipping documents, undertakes all formalities and update buyers.Ensuring fabric and accessories are in factory at right quantity and quality as per set time frame for production.Handle Buyer accounts independently starting from development to shipment.Facilitate order pursuits and prepare development sample costing sheets.Understand and follow-up buyers requirements for order fulfillment.Communicate with suppliers of raw materials, booking and delivery.Follow up product development and ensure that products meet buyer’s quality.Detail follow up time line of each order with vendors, customers and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on time delivery.Any other tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.Must have the knowledge & leadership quality to lead a team of 20 merchandisers.
