Job Description

Planning resources, organizing production schedules & to ensure timely execution of an order.
Anticipate bottlenecks in the smooth execution of an order and take preventive methods to avoid repetition of errors.
Sound knowledge of product costing to manipulate products to fit target costing & pricing analysis.
Reconciliation of order post shipment to be carried out, in order to evaluate the wastage / surplus incurred in the execution of the order.
To monitor implement & control Quality Control Systems at various functional levels of production.
Negotiating with several buying agencies.
o evaluate & source new fabrics, material, accessories & suppliers in order to increase the scope of business.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 2 to 5 years experience in home textile and garment production.
Strong knowledge of all the aspects of production.
Planning of resources, organizing production schedules & timely executive of an order.
Well versed with costing , pricing analysis. Reconciliation of order post shipment, evaluate surplus /wastage incurred.
This would reflect in the profitability of the order and the preventive measures to be taken for the future.
Thorough knowledge of computer operations.
Strong negotiation skills & procuring raw materials.
Excellent communication Skills required.
