Job Description

Determine optimum M/C capacities of each M/C/line.
Prepare shift / line wise production planning on daily / weekly basis in collaboration with Production Manager.
Monitor and follow-up the input and output flow as per standard rate.
Review manpower planning and proper division of labor as per production plan.
Review wastage level and reduce the wastage through improvement of productivity.
Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly MIS on the basis of production target, efficiency, utilization, wastage, labor and wages.
Have to prepare proper materials planning by monitoring raw & finished Inventory.
Conduct meetings with production supervisors for analyzing performance.
Organize in-house training program for target operatives to improve productivity.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum B.Sc. In Industrial & Production Engineering from any recognized university.
Age 30 year(s) and over.
5 - 7 years of working experience in the similar nature of job.
Should have minimum five years of practical work experience in the same trend.
Clear knowledge on production planning related activities.
