Floor Management with I.E tools.
Method and Time Study.
Doing operation bulletin.
Initiate PP meetings.
Fixing & monitoring targets.
Operator and Line efficiency improvement.
Reporting on daily, monthly & Style wise production efficiency.
Line balancing.
Assessing Skill level of workers / maintaining skill bank for all the workers.
Layout planning & Batch setting.
Style and Machinery planning & allocation.
Incentive calculations.
Worker motivation.
Updating software.
Organizing work with other activities and divisions.
Implement top management policies and relevant standards in the activity.
Any other assignments will be allocated on need basis.
