Job Description
The Store Development Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the Store Development.Department within organization. This would include project management, management of the design/project team, planning and following up on the various projects.Compile detailed project plans for each project using project planning software (gant charts, budgets, supplier agreements etc).Communication of all project plans to all stakeholders involved.Provide weekly executive reports where all project plans are tracked and performance reviewed.Implementation of all projects. This should be worked at least 6 months to 1 year in advance.(creating of SD schedule).Management of Store Development and Design department ensuring that all duties and outputs are successfully achieved.Compilation of weekly and monthly reports.Assessment of perspective suppliers prior to entering into service agreements.Management of budgets assigned to each project(includes obtaining quotes, raising PO’s, budget allocations)Asset Management – managing of fixtures/ fittings and other assets relevant to the project.Communication with project stakeholders including International brands.
