Customer has access to necessary supplies. The Store Manager is also responsible for maintaining customer service, maintaining cash controls, and maintaining the store facilities.Responsible for Sales and bottom-line profits of the store. Regular tracking of ticket size & converting foot-falls in store.Ensuring attractive merchandise display & over all store layout. Ensure interior and exterior of store is maintained to company standards.Maintain, encourage and possess ownership mentality.Ensuring the adherence to SOPs in Store and smooth cashiering process.Resolve customer problems or complaints by determining optimal solutions.Mapping competition in terms of categories, price points, physical appearance.Managing space allocations & selling space for advertisements, displays, promotions.Conduct regular store meetings and Encourage store employees to take ownership for their performance and career development plans.Effectively manage employee turnover. Provide a positive working environment and handle employee issues appropriately and in a timely manner.Building up a healthy culture by fostering organizational Values and maintain over all discipline in the StoreReducing shrinkages and ensure Stock replenishment.
