Job Description

Daily sales analysis, reporting and distribution for all Busby brands and stores.
Monthly APT,IPT & Trading density analysis by store and brand.
Store expenses budgets and actuals, prepared monthly and distributed.
Compilation of monthly in-store newsletter Shoptalk.
Preparing operations feedback report for monthly Exco meetings.
Preparation of reports for monthly Ops meetings.
Preparation of monthly sales and expense budgets.
Collecting data and compiling the monthly mall foot count report.
Updating data on operations report monthly, i.e. cumulative turnover performance per store, latest stock take results etc.
Service maintenance and co-ordination for stores.
Maintaining the store key holder contact details database.
Store support for banking equipment and telephone service fault logging.
Administering block call on store telephone lines.
Validation of expense invoices presented for approval to Operations Executive for approval and then to Finance for payment.
Store petty cash data preparation and reporting.
Providing figures/performances for store incentive promotions.
Creating email posters & complimentary communication for incentive drives.
Extracting out of line situations from reports, and presenting info to Ops Executive.
Preparation of VIP Monthly Exco report input.
Store marketing material distribution.

Key Skill

Business Analyst

Eligibility Criteria

Matric (Grade 12).
A tertiary qualification in Finance and/or Administration would be an advantage.
MS Office suite of software programmers, specifically MS Word and Excel.
Experience in the use of Dolphin, Active Retail & other Busby specific computer systems will be a distinct advantage.
Appropriate experience in business administration, specifically in the financial field.
Excellent communications skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of management.
Excellent analytical skills with a specific ability to pay attention to detail and to produce error-free work.
A sound mathematical ability, able to work quickly and accurately with large volumes of financial data.
Well-organized, able to consistently meet specific due dates.
Strong interpersonal skills- able to work well in a team environment.
Well developed organization skills and e-mail.
