Job Description

Develop internal teams on quality management system.
Ensure the quality assurance practices from sample stage to shipment.
Conduct training, educations and workshops linked to the Quality Strategy Plan.
Analyze and evaluate all dimensions (Requirements for Quality System, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, technician, Quality Management System, overall impression, risk factors, supplier type) to establish effective dialogue and advise on creative, practical and sustainable solutions to customer.

Key Skill

Must have excellent analytical management skills.
Strong negotiation skills.
Technical aptitude with strong logical, problem solving, and decision making skills required.

Eligibility Criteria

Masters or BSC in textile technology from any public university.
Experience of 8 to 10 year(s).
Quality assurance & audit procedure, Production & garments technology.
Applicants must have experience in reputed fabric manufacturing facility.
Must have good communication and interpersonal skills with pleasant personality.
Industrial engineering knowledge would be an advantage.
