Job Description

To collect & verify manpower requisition�s as per approved Manpower Plan and prepare Vacancy list.
Assist to prepare Job Advertisement and arrange to news paper publication & on line posting.
To ensure whole range of CV receiving & download management.
To maintain and update CV Bank for all positions time to time.
To prepare, circulate the Interview Schedule and conduct the same in the prescribed manner.
To verify selected candidates all academic and other relevant documents and get prepare the profiles for management approval.
To perform all the formalities of joining for new staff and ensure the placement to the concern department.
To prepare update report and maintain all HRIS is respect with Recruitment, Selection, Placement and follow up.
Any other job as assigned by the management time to time.

Key Skill

Officer - HRM (Head Office).

Eligibility Criteria

MBA (HRM) from a recognized university.
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Recruitment & Selection, Performance & Career Management, HRIS/HR Database Management.
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments (Woven/Apparel/Knitting), Textile (Spinning, Weaving, Knitting, Dyeing/Finishing), Group of Companies.
Must have understanding about modern practices of human resource management and Bangladesh Labor Law.
Should posses� pleasant personality, presentation and interpersonal communication skills as well as leadership quality.
Ability to works in stressful and diversified working environment.
Should have high capacity & interest for learning.
Computer literacy is a must.
