Building/machine Lay out making as per design.
Estimate of Civil works materials.
Auto Cad operation.
Good communication with the suppliers/ civil consulting firms.
Possess high degree of correspondence & analytical skill.
Should be able to work under pressure & for long time.

Eligibility Criteria

B.Sc/ Diploma in Civil Engineering with solid professional background.
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory/Plant/Facility Management, Operation & Maintenance, Operator (CADD).
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Development Agencies, Engineering Firms, Garments (Woven/Apparel/Knitting), Group of Companies, Hotels/Resorts, Multinational Companies, Textile (Spinning, Weaving, Knitting, Dyeing/Finishing).
Having 10-12 years of working experiences in constructions, renovation in a group of company preferably in garments/ textile industry.
The incumbent should be dynamic , well organized, self driven & have good personality.
