Job Description

Manage and direct activities congenial to productivity of the entire production unit of Denim (dyeing, warping, weaving, finishing, production planning & control, PIS, QC & R&D) by: Ensuring optimum utilization of man, machine & material to yield higher Productivity.
Analyze, control and reduce cost and wastage in an effective and efficient manner.
Must have the leadership quality.
Establishing and maintaining identification and traceability requirement.
Inspection test status, taking corrective and preventive action.
Controlling nonconforming products at intermediate and final stages of production.
Analyzing product and process performance form measurement process to identify area for improvement.
Coordinate with buyer & merchant.
Follow up total production flow by and balancing the production lines.
Manage and direct activities congenial to productivity of the production unit for garments by ensure optimum utilization of men, machines and materials to yield high productivity.

Eligibility Criteria

B. Sc in Textile.
Experience of 15 to 20 year(s).
Good leadership and motivation skills and strong expertise to head Production Department.
Knowledge and expertise of operation/production management and Quality Assurances system.
Ability to operate in a Global, Multi-culture environment.
Technical knowledge at the supervisory level and experience of handling related equipment and machinery.
Should have good communication skill.
Good team player with drive and initiative.
