Greet customers and ascertain problem or reason for calling.Receive the orders from customersPI Prepare and submit to the party on timePass on the order to planning department for productionMonitor production & prepare the delivery schedule.Resolve customer complaints via phone, email or inform to sales departmentCommunicate with MCD to ensure on time deliveryLC and UP follow-up with marketingInform customer about new product, service, deals and promotions.Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service.Maintain required MIS.
