Job Description

Greet customers and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
Receive the orders from customers
PI Prepare and submit to the party on time
Pass on the order to planning department for production
Monitor production & prepare the delivery schedule.
Resolve customer complaints via phone, email or inform to sales department
Communicate with MCD to ensure on time delivery
LC and UP follow-up with marketing
Inform customer about new product, service, deals and promotions.
Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service.
Maintain required MIS.

  • Age 30 to 32 year(s).
    Working experience in customer care with large garments accessories company.
    Ability to solve problems and present solutions.
    Energetic, confident and proactive.
