Job Description

The candidate should have a solid knowledge of the dyeing processes (experience in continuous pre-treatment of Synthetics is a plus) of mainly synthetic woven but also knits.
As Dyeing Manager you are responsible for a team of about 30 employees.
Our dyeing processes consist of discontinuous dyeing processes on state-of-the-art Jets and to some extent also on Jiggers.
Depending on the application, we are using PA (6.6) and PES fabrics as well as its mixtures.
Profound knowledge of Acid- and Metalcomplex dyeing is a big plus.
You will create, respect and manage your team. You will be responsible for economic and ecological dyeing (and possibly pre-treatment) processes.

Key Skill

Textile dyeing with state of the art technology; pre-treatment and continuous dyeing of Cotton, Polyester and Cotton/Polyester blends for woven fabrics for work wear and technical textiles.

Management of international teams. Very good communications skills (English)
Hands- on mentality
