Job Description

Independently inspect product on quality standards and make judgment based on buyer’s requirement.
Advice Quality Assurance and production department in advance on any quality deviation which may result in failure or claim.
Monitor production closely and provide technical support when needed to ensure quality meets specifications.
Develop and lead a team of internal product auditors.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Bachelor degree, preferably in Textiles engineering.
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Inspection, Quality Control/Audit, Textile Engineering.
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments.
In-depth knowledge on RQS, QMS and other quality systems.
Minimum 5 year’s Managerial experience in Quality Assurance department in reputed sweater industry or buying house.
Strong analytical ability and skillfulness in negotiation, problem solving and decision making ability.
Proven people management experience.
Excellent communication skill.
Person with integrity and openness.
