Job Description

Make sure the creating Quality Manual and implementing the total Quality Process as per product, working environment and culture of the people as support.
Controlling the fabric related issues and stream line the markers as per size ratio, shrinkage and shade lot segregation.
Had experience Overall Technical and QA functions.
Introduced best practices in over all process of production, made a positive contribution to change the mind set of employees to achieve the required quality standards production target from the initial stage of a style or order.
General programming activities & services of the particular machine.
Assure machine adjustment as per the requirement of the factory.
Train up all the new staff regarding the assigned position.
Design Factory Layout.
