Job Description
Ensure finished goods handover after execution of quality checking, finishing and packing to Store department to dispatch.Ensure workers development/engagement /awareness/compliance programs as first focal person on Discipline, Maternity benefit , Leave Management , Individual work life balance, OT, employee salary & benefit payout/ execution, employee safety & security, Fire fighting, WPC, Grievance Handling, Counseling, Canteen & Tiffin Management, usage of logistics at floor & other IR/ compliance matters.Ensure finished goods handover after execution of quality checking, finishing and packing to Store department to dispatch.Supervise floor maintenance and subordinate discipline to meet buyer compliance.Execute SKU (Color, Size, and Style) wise production output as per production plan and capacity.Coordinate with Planning, Operation, IE, PD and QA Departments regarding production job requirements through Job Bag which contains necessary information about all specifications of garment, accessories, packaging, lead time, capacity and planning study. Participate in meetings within the department/function and takeover the job as per the job bag guideline.Execute the Line setup on a shift basis as per production line/machine wise output with the best combination of manpower and machine.Ensure in line efficiency and productivity of machine by coordinating with maintenance team and by assisting workers through proper guidance on job technique, on the job training and coaching.Maintain in line quality in every steps of the production process such as dyeing, cutting; sewing, assembling, washing, finishing and packing.Ensure in line wastage control within expectable level/ as per set plan and cost control by optimum utilization of manpower in roaster, OT equalization as per production load, preventive maintenance initiative of production machine and optimum usage.
