Job Description

To drive and facilitate Continuous Improvement/ Business Excellence initiatives (TQM, TPM, PM & Six Sigma) Indonesian Spinning Units.
Understand and worked on Lean System, Kaizen, 5S, One Point Lesson, Poka Yoke etc.
Implementation of EHS best practices for deployment of EHS best practices (ISO- 14001, OHSAS-18001, HAZOP, Behavioural Safety etc.)
Monitoring KPI ( Key Performance Indicator )
Conducting SPC (Statistical Process Control) & Process capability awareness training programs for local employees.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering ( Industrial / Chemical etc.)
    Proficient in PC Application e.g Ms. Word, Excel and Power Point.
    At least 8 – 10 years of experience in the related field.
    Indonesian Nationals must only apply.
    Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia language, both verbal and written.
