Job Description

To ensure sales & marketing parameters, (volumes, prices, quality, timely shipments, accounts receivables, customer satisfaction) are met as per target.
Regular coordination and communication with all stake holders in the assigned region.
Plan, execute and monitor products of all units to achieve budget volumes with best realization.
Provide full orders/load in monthly production program to meet assigned regional targets of volumes and product mix and coordinate with production / assigned coordinator.
Create new demand and VAP In respective region.
Business development and strategy.
Market research and intelligence.
Customer service.

Eligibility Criteria

  • MBA or equivalent qualification.
    Preferably Bachelors in Textile or equivalent qualification at Indonesia.
    Understanding of International trade barriers.
    Proficient in PC Application e.g Ms. Word, Excel and Power Point.
    High degree of integrity and strong people management skill.
    Focuses on customer needs and satisfaction.
    Possess convincing and negotiating skills.
    Consults others and communicates proactively.
    Takes initiative and works under own direction.
    10- 15 Yrs of experience in Yarn/Textile Sales & Marketing.
    Indonesian National.
    Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia language, both verbal and written.
