Job Description

Manage Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for different Store related tasks and identifying sources of major losses related to stores items. Train the workforces accordingly.
Control Raw Materials/Production Material Inbound as per Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) against the Purchase Order (PO)/ Work Order (WO). Manage the style from planning dept through the production plan and create OTT(on time tracking) chart as per OTT date.
Manage harmonized relationship with local suppliers, facilitate the sourcing/ procurement and production planning department in terms of performance evaluation of suppliers.
Control on time Raw Materials / Production Material Outbound to shop floor /production floor for uninterrupted production against the Material Requisition (MR) and against the Gate Pass.
Follow up on factory indent processing as per SKU wise product compliance.
Approve the CCS (Cutting consumption sheet) if bulk consumption from product development is aligned with cost consumption specification.
Manage obsolete & written off SKU wise items & also timely disposal of those as per SQ policy.
Approve sewing and packing MRN’s (Material Request Notes) and provide it to stores department to issue the materials.
and analyze the trim quantity provide by the merchandisers and issue the fabric and accessories according to the consumptions up to trim.
Report to management regarding OTT hit rate and OTT forecast and develop fabric flow report and following up with the fabric sourcing team to ensure the fabric flow.
