Job Description
Ensure Raw Materials/Production Material Inbound as per Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) against the Purchase Order (PO)/ Work Order (WO).Ensure claim management from the exporter in terms of shortage / deviation from standard, if any.Ensure SKU wise product categorization and placing at right rack to provide real-time visibility of all stock flows which are aligned with systems.Develop Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for different Store related tasks and identifying sources of major losses related to stores items. Train the workforces accordingly.Ensure on time Raw Materials / Production Material Outbound to shop floor /production floor for uninterrupted. production against the Material Requisition (MR) and against the Gate Pass.Ensure to dispatch (Ex- Factory) the finished goods with the help of.Ensure demand generation through exercising production consumption patterns, Re-order level identification/ MBQ/ EOQ and Ordering of new merchandise with the help of Production Planning, Merchandising and Sourcing department and Mapping to use of buff.Ensure inventory valuation /revaluation by exercising physical verification after fixed interval as per SQ Policy.Ensure factory indent processing as per SKU wise product compliance.Analyze preliminary hazard and ensure safety and communicate those to team members as per product. compliance and implementing behavioral based safety through safety contact with the employees which also include non-conformances & non-compliance with OH&S.Make harmonized relationship with local suppliers, facilitate the sourcing/ procurement and production planning department in terms of performance evaluation of suppliers.Maintaining obsolete & written off SKU wise items & also timely disposal of those as per SQ policy.
