Job Description

Taking over a project at pre-BO stage and being involved in all aspects up to snagging and hand over of store to Head of Stores.
Checking all drawings.
Amendments / improvements to drawings – installation.
Visiting sites. Ensuring company spec has been followed.
Handle all the revamping of stand-alone stores on a 7 year cycle – incorporating store visits, changes to plans, compiling budgets for the scope of works, liaison with the accountant and Head of Stores on all work entailed, ordering all fixtures. Monitor the revamp roll out and follow up with site visits, and snagging.
Liaising with contractors.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate.
Good conceptual skills.
CAD and 3D proficient with technical drawing experience preferable.
Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and MockShop (experience advantageous).
Computer literacy (Windows, MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to interact assertively with people at all levels – internally and externally (e.g. centres, contractors, architects etc).
Confidence to negotiate prices / price reductions / scope of work with service providers.
