Job Description

Sourcing new suppliers for trims and accessories.
Negotiating with the vendors and suppliers for best rates of trims and accessories.
Coordinating with Merchandisers and Designing Department for the Trims for sampling and production and arranging them as per the schedule.
Defining the right quality and quantity for bulk order, after approval.
Follow up with vendors and making sure that all the accessories are available before production.
Coordinating with store dept to issue all the accessory as per production schedule.

Eligibility Criteria

Must have deep knowledge about Varieties of knitted fabric, (grey/printed fabric , yarn, dyed) accessories & trims, handling strategic sourcing through identification of cost effective vendors/suppliers for procurement with an aim of reducing cos
Responsible for PO, Bill passing, stock inventory, MRN, GRN etc. Acknowledgement of all incoming material with insured quality. Coordination with quality, production & Merchandising department to ensure smooth functioning
To identify right vendors, negotiate prices & placement of orders with respective Vendors.
Monitoring stock levels at factory to ensure uninterrupted supply of required materials.
Regular follow-up with vendors for materials process flow & delivery
