Responsible for the entire HR function- Recruitment, training, compensation management, employee relations, employee welfare, legal compliance, public relations, etc. Responsible for the Legal Compliance & Buyer Audits, ensuring compliance always.Exp in Export Garments preferred.Must be thorough with legal / buyer compliance, able to handle international buyers independently.Handle all HR / Admin functions of the Unit.
