Job Description

Understanding specs.
Sending and receiving of Tech packs.
Communication with suppliers.
Checking of samples.
Working with manufacturers.
Quality auditing.
Signing off on all QC reports.
Communicate and implement quality assurance standards.
Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality.
Coordinate and evaluating of factory audits/ and pre-shipment inspections by external providers.
Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities.
Evaluating each garment that has been returned due to quality/ colour/ sizing or manufacturing flaw.
Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.
Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards.

Key Skill

Senior Garment Technologist

Eligibility Criteria

Pattern Making course.
Relevant diploma or degree.
4 Years experience.
Menswear experience.
CADS (Illustrator, Corel Draw).
Knowledge of process and procedure for appraisal and approval of garments.
Computer Literate.
Good communication skills.
