Job Description

Dealing with buyers for selection stage to developing samples/ preparing technical details/ preparing graded spec/ Fit-on technical analyzing as a garment technologist.
Handled Fabric consumption, cutting layout for cutting department & all handling as costing/booking/production stages.
Quality and technical related concern in sampling to finishing, consumption and costing saving.
Ensure quality of products manufactured from design till the final inspection and ensure customer satisfaction.
Co-ordinate with the factory staff with respect to quality and ensure smooth flow of production.
Introducing new systems to the factory to motive workers & improve process.
Simplifications and standardize methods implementations.
Check and Approving the Factories Size set Samples for bulk.
Shrinkage / Pattern Grouping, adjustments and decision to the Productions.
Overlook all aspect of washing required & knowledge about basic fabric inspection by the customer.

Key Skill

The candidate should have experienced in the field of Sample Section, CAD Division, Pattern Maker & QA.
CAD, Quality Control/Audit,Garments.
