Job Description
Interpreting data received from R & D for the introduction of new product.
Estimating project cost; calculation of savings / contribution & payback period.
Preparation of PFD's and P&ID, equipment designing, sizing.
Preparation of plant layout, selection of MOC, selection of instruments etc.
Preparation of specification sheets for equipment's and instruments.
Troubleshooting activities, Hazop studies.
Establishing SOPs for critical processes.
Key Skill
Eligibility Criteria

Chemical Engg. (MANDATORY), from good institutes for eg. UDCT Mumbai / Jalgaon etc.
Should be of working in a Chemical manufacturing organization. 10 to 12 years.
Must know how to use the latest softwares in Chemical Engineering. like- Chemcad, ASPEN etc.
Must have knowledge of, relationship with equipment manufacturers.
Should have worked for any Chemical manufacturing unit and not formulation unit.
Manufacturing units will have reactors, condensers, columns, DCS system etc.
